Privacy policy
The contact form sends me an email. Nothing on this site follows you around.
What I collect
The contact form asks for your first name, last name, and email address. It also offers optional fields for your phone number, company name, current website, a note about what you want to achieve, and how you found me. You decide what goes in the optional ones.
The site counts page views and taps on the call and contact buttons. That measurement records the page address and the button label. It sets no cookies, and it builds no profile of you.
My host keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address your request came from. Those logs come with running a website. I do not read them for anything beyond keeping the site up.
Where it goes
What you type into the form travels through Resend, an email delivery service, and lands in my inbox at nicholasgollnick7@gmail.com, which Google hosts. I read it and reply.
No database sits behind this site. There is no mailing list, no advertising network, and no data broker. I never sell or trade what you send me.
The company that hosts this site, Vercel, processes the page views and the server logs described above.
Cookies
This site sets none. You will not see a consent banner here, because there is nothing to consent to.
Links that leave this site
Buttons here open the Always Busy Shop website, my scheduling page on Cal.com, and my GitHub profile. Once you land on one of those, that company's privacy policy takes over.
What you can ask me for
Email me at nicholasgollnick7@gmail.com and I will tell you what I have from you, fix it, or delete it. Deleting means removing your message from my inbox, which is the only place it lives.
Children
This site sells web design to business owners. It is not built for anyone under 13, and I do not collect anything from them on purpose.
Changes
When what I collect changes, this page changes with it and the date below moves. Questions go to nicholasgollnick7@gmail.com or the contact form.
